HILCO ENGAGED TO SELL CHRYSLER PLANTS

Hilco Engaged to Sell Former Chrysler Plants in Kenosha, WI, and Detroit, MI.
 
(Dateline), 2010 (Northbrook, IL) -- Hilco Industrial, LLC, and Hilco Real Estate, LLC, announce they have  been engaged to sell the turnkey operations of two manufacturing plants being closed by Old Carco LLC (f.k.a. Chrysler LLC).
 
The two plants, a 1.8 million sq. ft. engine manufacturing facility in Kenosha, WI, and a 1.2 million sq. ft. axle manufacturing facility in Detroit, MI, will first be marketed by Hilco to potential strategic buyer(s) as turnkey operations and then, as necessary, in various lots of component parts to discrete end-users of the machinery, equipment and real estate assets. Intellectual property will also be included among the Kenosha plant assets being sold. For further information, contact Robert Levy at 248-254-9999 or rlevy@hilcoind.com.
